RLP Realty Investments LLC: Terms and Privacy Policy

RLP Realty Investments LLC ("the company") does not guarantee the purchase of your home or property. All transactions are subject to an appraisal by a representative of the company and must have an accepted written legally binding offer. No property sales are considered "final" until there is an official transfer of title and notarized change in the deed of the property that represents new ownership of said property.

RLP Realty Investments LLC will donate a portion of their net profits from the "resale" of the property to a registered non-profit charitable organization of the sellers (person or persons from which the company purchased the property from) choice. The company has the option to donate up to but not limited to 5% of their net proceeds from the resale of the property to a registered 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization recognized by the United State States Federal Government. RLP Realty Investments LLC will not donate to any organization that is not recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the United States Federal Government. If RLP Realty Investments LLC does not sell the property then the company will donate up to but not limited to 5% of their monthly profit from the property to a recognized 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization. If the seller of the property does not select a Non-Profit organization to have the donation sent to then RLP Realty Investments has the right to select a Non-Profit Organization of their choice. RLP Realty Investments LLC reserves the right to determine the amount that will be donated and will make donations in form of monetary value.
